Safety

All dogs must be on leash and all cats must be in a carrier. If your pet(s) have any medical issues or special needs, it is the responsibility of the owner to notify NELIPET. If your pet(s) have fleas, a flea bath will be given at a $40.00 charge.

Cancellations

Please notify NELIPET 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel, or reschedule. Please understand, no show appointments, and or, any form of cancelation at the time of your appointment, will result in a $50.00 traveling fee. NELIPET has the right to refuse future grooming services for repetitive no shows, cancellations and reschedules.

Payments

Due to high credit and debit fees, we only accept cash or checks at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Considerations

Out of courtesy to our groomers, kindly have your pet relieve themselves before your grooming appointment.

Behavioral Issues

NELIPET has the right to end the grooming session anytime your pet displays aggressive behavior and causes harm to either your pet, or the groomer.

Vaccinations

All pets must be current on the rabies vaccine.

Recommendations

If your puppy, or kitten has never been groomed, NELIPET highly recommends our Bath & Tidy package for their first grooming.

Photographs

NELIPET reserves the right to use all photographs on social media for advertisements and educational purposes, unless the owner requests otherwise.
